Stay True to yourself

It's commonplace to feel frustrated when intimidation, power, and wealth unjustly influence life's outcomes, causing suffering for genuinely good individuals while manipulative ones thrive.

People often fear those who are fake or narcissistic because of their charisma, confidence, and skill at manipulating situations to their advantage. This behaviour breeds fear and uncertainty, discouraging others from confronting, challenging them or calling them out.

Those who harm others are rarely satisfied and continually seek more at others' expense. Remember, when they reveal their true colours or try to unsettle others, rise above their tactics. Maintain your integrity, uphold good values, and persevere despite adversity.

To counteract this, prioritise relationships with those who uphold strong morals, distance yourself from negativity, and advocate for fairness to create a more just society.

Stay true to yourself and don't let individuals who think they're superior intimidate you. Unfortunately, children often imitate learned behaviours. Stay authentic, recognise your worth, and strive to live your best life.

In general, a relationship is emotionally abusive when there is a consistent pattern of abusive words and bullying behaviours that wear down a person's self-esteem and undermine their mental health.
There are several red flags of emotional abuse. Keep in mind that even if your partner, parent (step), co-worker, or friend only does a handful of these things versus doing them all, your relationship with them is still emotionally abusive.
Protect your children from being exposed to emotional abuse. Don’t teach them that sometimes adults fight. Teach children how they should be respected and be respectful. ALWAYS BE KIND. #teachyourchildrenrespect #mentalhealthawareness #trauma #postivemindset #bearolemodel #Respect #strength
